Project "Platforma Startowa Unicorn Hub – Edycja II"
The project "Platforma Startowa Unicorn Hub – Edycja II" is co-funded by the European Union under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 programme, Priority FEPW.01 Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Measure FEPW.01.01 Startup platforms for new ideas, Component I Incubation – development of a new business idea.
Project objective
The objective of the project is the development and market validation of EasyDeploy – a SaaS platform supporting the management of the X.509 digital certificate lifecycle (Certificate Lifecycle Management – CLM).
Activities carried out under the project
The project covers activities related to the preparation and development of the EasyDeploy MVP and its market validation.
The MVP includes functionalities related to managing the X.509 certificate lifecycle, in particular:
- a central dashboard presenting information about managed certificates
- management of Certificate Authorities (CAs)
- handling the process of submitting and approving certificate issuance requests
- management of Server and Client certificates
- monitoring certificate expiry dates
- automatic notifications about upcoming certificate expiry
- automatic certificate renewal
- integration of the module with the existing platform
The project also includes activities aimed at verifying business assumptions, acquiring test users, and preparing the solution for commercialisation.
Target group
The solution is aimed primarily at micro-enterprises providing IT infrastructure maintenance services, including sole proprietorships and small companies managing their own infrastructure or that of their clients.
Users of the solution include, in particular, IT specialists responsible for infrastructure maintenance, such as system administrators, DevOps engineers, and platform engineers.
Project results
The result of the project will be a working EasyDeploy MVP enabling the management of the X.509 certificate lifecycle, as well as the completion of the solution's market validation.
The project will also allow verification of the assumptions made regarding product functionality, target group, business model, and commercialisation approach.
